Air Squat The squat is a very important Crossfit exercise that is simple but requires great form.
Push ups & Situps The foundation of any great exercise program, simple but very effective exercises.
Burpees Lung busting total body workout, they look easy but will break you very quickly. For extra difficulty, combineburpee with kippup
Kippup / Kipping / Crossfit Chinup Similar to a traditional pullup, however with a few differences, this video provides a great in depth tuturial on kipping. This is a difficult exercise for beginners but once mastered it’s one of the most efficient and beneficial upper exercises you can do. If kipping is too difficult, check out the second video which demonstrates some beginner chin ups.
