Use little upper body force, only at the apex of the swing. Turskish Getup The Turkish Getup is a great balance and core strength exercise, which can be a little difficult and awkward at first attempt. Start with a very light weight to ensure technique is correct. Alternate arms on each get up. Kettlebell Snatch The kettlebell snatch is the king of all kettlebell lifts. It is both fluid in motion and vicious in the force it generates, even with a light bell. Considered one of the most difficult kettlebell exercises. Kettlebell Windmill The windmill is an excellent lift for improving core strength and flexibility in both your core and shoulders.
